CEO

Pavel is Co-Founder and CEO of Reliza. With more than a decade of experience leading software teams, he helps organizations strengthen their DevOps and DevSecOps best practices. He is an active contributor to the OWASP Transparency Exchange API and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Olga Lev

CGO

Olga is Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Reliza. She drives Reliza’s business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. Olga holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. She is focused on working with Reliza’s customers and connecting organizations facing supply chain compliance challenges with the right Reliza solutions.

Rhythm Garg

Technology Consultant

Rhythm is Reliza’s Technology Consultant, responsible for the core engineering of ReARM and other Reliza’s open-source products. Rhythm holds a Bachelor’s degree in Egineering. He brings strong expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, and security tooling integrations, ensuring Reliza’s products remain robust, scalable, and developer-friendly.
